I came across Sydney Banks and The Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought, in searching for a way to help my clients more profoundly during the consultation process, as part of the wider therapeutic experience.

What I discovered is an explanation of how we create the experience of our own lives, moment to moment.  Through an understanding of these Principles I have come to see more deeply that we have an innate, natural state of calm and clarity within us, no matter what our life's circumstances.


All the great spiritual teachers tell us that being present is a way of dispelling worries and regrets as the present moment is all we really have.

Some of what I have come to further understand from these teachings so far is that we all have wisdom, we live from the perspective of our own thought created world, we can change our mindset and we are more well than we imagine.

When we are in a clear space and our minds aren't creating chaos within us, we are more open to ideas, creativity and adventure, listening to that tug of what our wisdom knows so we have more confidence to follow our bliss, our joy.

I now offer this as a stand alone way of working with you, in conversation and from my own grounding, to help guide you back to your own wisdom and wellbeing.
